Horacio was born and raised in Honduras. After moving to the U.S., he graduated from East Texas State University in 1991 with a degree in advertising. He started his career at RBMM/The Richards Group, where his tenure lasted a total of 15 years before founding Revel.

Horacio's work has been recognized in major national and international creative competitions.

His work has also appeared in Graphis, Print Magazine, Communication Arts, and the New York Art Directors Club.
